This mini memorial aluminum canister adopts the special small CNC cold spinning forming process. Using thin aluminum alloy sheet as raw material, the workpiece runs at low and stable speed on a small CNC spinning machine. The spinning wheel performs multiple times of micro progressive pressure for stretching, shaping and edge cutting.

1. One-piece forming without welding seams: The whole tank is formed by one-time spinning without welded splicing seams, avoiding the problem of easy corrosion and cracking of welding seams on small containers;
2. Uniform metal fiber: Spinning reshapes the internal metal flow lines of aluminum material. The thin-walled tank has uniform wall thickness and good structural toughness. The small vessel is not easy to dent and deform;
3. High precision micro curved surface forming: The machine is specially calibrated for small-size containers. The radian of the urn body is round and full with high roundness precision, and stable consistency for mass products.

After forming, the tank undergoes internal and external fine grinding, deburring and rounded edge finishing without sharp corners. Horizontal brushing treatment is applied on the surface with even and delicate texture, scratch resistance, oxidation resistance and fingerprint resistance. The urn mouth is processed by precision CNC turning threads with accurate thread pitch. The round screw cap twists smoothly for dustproof and moisture-proof sealing. The matched metal nameplate tag can be laser engraved with texts, dates and marks. The tag comes with a split ring for separate use.
