This memorial aluminum urn adopts the multi-pass CNC cold spinning forming process. Using aluminum alloy sheet as raw material, the workpiece rotates at high speed on CNC spinning machines, while the spinning wheel applies progressive pressure to complete stretching, shaping, forming and edge trimming.
After spinning forming, the tank undergoes rough grinding, fine grinding and multi-stage deburring finishing to eliminate surface defects. Then electrostatic spraying is applied to form a matte dark grey protective coating with strong adhesion, scratch resistance, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion performance. The urn mouth is processed by precision CNC turning, matched with a double-layer metal trimmed top cover for advanced layered texture. Precision laser engraving can be performed on the tank body with uniform engraving depth and clear three-dimensional patterns. The threads fit tightly to achieve excellent sealing performance for dust and moisture prevention.
